2026 Can Be a Winner, Through Connections, Awareness and Action
Challenging market conditions over the last few years, compounded by overwhelming negative sentiment in the media can put business owners in a scarcity mindset. The reality is, there are always winners and in our business, momentum often comes down to connections, awareness and action.
Connections: I am constantly talking to brokers, dealers and clients to understand the current market, particularly related to construction and transport industries.
An awareness is then formed of conditions and opportunities, for you and I alike, helping clients take positive action.
Action can come in many forms. In a finance context, between us, we may discuss Auckland Finance products or other lender suitability. A common-sense approach will always prevail to ensure a strong solution for all.

A business approached Auckland Finance, as they were wanting to buy a new truck, but did not have the required 20% deposit a lender wanted. The client had older fleet with equity, which we were able to refinance, of which funds were used to meet the deposit requirements for the new truck at a first-tier lender.
